A Ride

Sometimes, we all come across some destinations that are a little further than close but a little closer than far. We are at stages when we are a little more than being nothing but a lot less than being something. Some people in our lives who are a lot more than nobody, but not quite a somebody yet.

There’s a dilemma. Whether or not to do something about something. Whether doing something might appear as doing too much or no doing anything at all might seem like doing too less. We look a lot different on the mirror from what we used to look, but we don’t quite look as we ought to, yet. We have come quite far from where we began, but we are not quite there, where we want to be, yet. The destination looks a lot clear than what it used to be when the journey started, but it still looks not that close yet.

They say life is a journey, not a destination. It’s a journey where we cross stations after stations, set and achieve our destinations, and then move on to the next destination. They also say life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you are gonna get next. May be sometimes we get to choose a chocolate we want, and may be we just have to accept whatever comes out. Likewise, we get to choose our destination sometimes, and we just have to accept the destiny the other times.

But then again, some of those destinations are further than being near but closer than being far. Is it really worth taking a ride? Or is it too far to just walk?

You can keep pondering on which thing to do first or which path to take or by simply taking action now of most any kind, you may just find yourself on the way to where you most needed to go.
